Custom Plastic Fabrication

We take your idea – sketch, CAD file, or wild story over coffee – and turn it into real parts that fit, last, and don’t cost the earth. One-offs or a thousand, we’re set up to make it happen without the drama.

CNC Routing & Programming

Big 5×10 bed, tight tolerances, and machinists who actually enjoy writing toolpaths. We cut, route, and engrave acrylic, HDPE, UHMW, polycarbonate, ABS, PETG, PVC, Delrin, and more. Pockets, threads, and living hinges. You send us your file, and we’ll run it clean, on-spec, every time.

No job is too weird. We’ve done 1/16" detailed signs and 2" thick UHMW skid plates the same week. Parts come off the machine ready to bolt on, not ready for the scrap bin.

Co2 Laser Cutting & Engraving

60 watts of clean, glassy edges on acrylic up to an inch thick. We etch serial numbers that survive sandblasting and cut intricate gaskets that actually seal. Raster, vector, daymarks, we do it all without the smoke and mirrors.

You want razor-sharp detail and no melt-back? That’s just Tuesday here. Bring us your logo, your QR code, or your kid’s drawing; it’ll look better when we’re done.

Vacuum Forming (Thermoforming)

From thin display lenses to beefy equipment housings, we pull crisp parts over molds we usually machine in-house. Short runs are welcome; long runs don’t scare us. Tell us the wall thickness you need and watch it happen.

Got a blister pack, a light lens, or a weird dashboard cover? We’ve got the heat, the vacuum, and the know-how. Parts come out uniform and ready to trim, no orange-peel nonsense.
